UK Next Day Special Delivery Next Day Shipping is £6.90. We guarantee same day dispatch if you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Saturday.Your order is insured and a signature is required on delivery. Your order is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day. Next Day Shipping is not available for the Channel Islands. No quibble returns We pride ourselves on the quality of our beads/jewellery and excellence in Customer Service, therefore we want you to be completely satisfied with your beads/jewellery. If however, in the rare occasion you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them. All returns must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please also enclose a note explaining the reason for the return together with your name, invoice number, address within 30 days of purchase. Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable. We recommend you use a posting service that provides a proof of delivery to return any items to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post. . When we get the goods back in good condition, we’ll credit you and let you know. Please note that return postage charges will be paid by the customer.
