Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase. Contact info@aqbeads.uk if not received.
Orders are final once dispatched (except made-to-order items).

Order Refusal

We may reject orders due to:

Pricing errors (you’ll be notified for correction/cancellation)

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in GBP (£).
Pricing errors: We’ll notify you to confirm/cancel. Unresolved errors result in automatic cancellation/refund.

4. Returns & Refunds

30-Day No-Quibble Returns

Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Include:
- Reason for return
- Order number & contact details
Customer covers return postage.
Non-returnable: Earrings (EU hygiene laws).

Refund Process

Issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days of receipt.
